Job Overview

Our company is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician! The Ideal candidate must be comfortable in all areas of general maintenance, and will be able to complete tasks as needed.

As a Maintenance Technician, your Primary responsibilities are:

· Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely manner

· Coordinate with the Front of House and Back of House staff to address maintenance issues

· Maintain the interior and exterior portions of the building as required

· Reliably manage time to maximize effectiveness

Skills and Abilities Required

· Ability to learn the technologies required to maintain and troubleshoot all working systems within the hotel

· Work knowledge of hand and power tool use to complete assignments

· Ability to spend the day on your feet as well as bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, lifting, and possibly climbing ladders

Skills and Experience Preferred in the Following:

· Painting, carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing, minor mechanical

· Organization

· To be “on call” for emergency repairs

· Open Availability (Flexible Schedule)

· Previous Hotel Experience preferred but not required
